Any cancellations received after this time will be charged in full.

The accommodation fee covers dinner, breakfast, a welcome drink, and tea or coffee with biscuits during morning classes.

The “dancing fee” covers Ian’s accommodation, fee, and travel expenses, as well as Mervyn’s accommodation and travel expenses.
